RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, Implement and monitor Contractor’s Environmental system and site environmental procedures.

• To develop and updаtеconstruction Site environmental procedures

• Environmental reporting to Russian authorities.

• To Interface with subcontractors and audit them in order to make sure they are in compliance with Russian environmental and Project rules;

• To coordinate with concerned parties (contractors, consultants, project managers, client, etc) on matters concerning environmental subjects and make action on the direction of the Project Director;

• Overseeing the use of all resources within organizations;

• Providing environmental training/orientation to staff at all levels in cooperation with Project Training TeamDeveloping schemes for recycling, pollution reduction and pollution prevention

• To suprvise environmental activities including waste temporary storage and shipment to selected disposal sites (as per the Site Waste Management Plan); chemical storage compliance, spill clean up, water treatment plants, sewage treatment plants;

• To prepare environmental weekly & monthly reports.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education;

• Environmental Certificate will be a plus;

• English is Operational;

• MS Office, Adobe;

• Russian environmental permits system & standard Forms to be used for the Environmental reporting to Russian authorities.
